From Rowan Magazine No. 33 Design 28 by Kim Hargreaves. We've made this shell a few times because it is so cute, and fairly easy and quick to do. For this version we used 3 skeins of Haiku 4 Ply in "Plum Blossom". Melissa modified the upper portion, as the original pattern is better suited for a smaller person!
